Use of FitTracker

FitTracker is a workout tracking tool. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app safely and lawfully.

FitTracker is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from a doctor, trainer, or other qualified professional.

Always exercise safely and consult a professional before starting or changing a fitness program if you have health concerns.

FitTracker Premium

FitTracker Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription.

Premium may include:

• Unlimited workout logs
• Unlimited custom exercises
• Advanced rest timer settings

Free Trial and Renewal

If available, a free trial may be offered through the App Store.

After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Prices, trial availability, and billing are managed by Apple and may vary by country or region.

Cancellation and Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Limitation of Liability

FitTracker is provided as-is.

We are not responsible for injuries, data loss, missed workouts, or decisions made based on app data. You should keep your own backups where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
